Harc depends on a team of dedicated volunteers, as they are an integral part of how we achieve our mission. Volunteers’ time and expertise are a tremendous asset to our supports and services. Without our volunteers, we would not be able to offer many fun activities and enriching experiences.
Volunteers may work directly with the people we support and learn about the services they rely upon. Each volunteer activity is personalized to fit the needs of the individual or group. We also have volunteers who bring their expertise to the agency that indirectly improves the lives of the people and families we support. We have many people from diverse backgrounds who volunteer their time and expertise.
Harc needs volunteers who help us deliver quality supports on all levels.
A volunteer can be:
- Anyone age 13 and above
- Students looking for volunteer hours
- Businesses wanting to spend their ‘days of giving’ at Harc
- People who just want to volunteer their time and expertise with us
There are many possibilities to explore both virtual and in-person!
