Clover Gardens, a New Community Living Center.
Construction is under way at Clover Gardens, a 32-unit apartment complex being developed by Chrysalis Center Real Estate Corporation (CCREC).
As part of the Intellectual Disability and Autism Spectrum Disorder Housing (IDASH) Program, eight of the units in this unique complex will be set aside for nine individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities served by Harc.
Those living in this community will receive individualized home support from Harc as allocated by the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) which, combined with assistive technology, will help each person live as independently as possible. Harc is currently accepting referrals from interested parties.

- Scheduled opening is Fall 2021
- Studio, one bedroom, & two bedroom units available
- Residents will receive individualized home support from Harc
