Patient Operations Manager for Sodexo at St. Francis Hospital
Michael Cole joined Harc’s Board of Directors in 2020. He has extensive food and nutritional services management experience, working for numerous long-term care facilities and hospitals. He is currently a Patient Operations Manager for Sodexo at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford. He is a staunch advocate for Harc’s participants employed at St. Francis.
Michael holds a certificate in Applied Occupational Studies Food Service Management from the State University of New York at Alfred and is an Accomplished Health Care Food Service Administrator (AHCFA) through the American Society for Health Care Food Service Administrators.
