Michelle Seagull joined the Harc, Inc. Board in 2023 and serves on the Public Policy and Advocacy Committee. She is an Assistant Treasurer for the Connecticut Office of the Treasurer and previously served as the Commissioner for the Department of Consumer Protection. Prior to her time working for the State, she was a partner at Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider LLP where her practice focused on issues related to unfair competition laws. She lives in Glastonbury with her husband and their two children.
