Eloise Mongillo

Chief Philanthropy Officer (CPO)

Eloise Mongillo is a seasoned philanthropy executive with extensive experience in development and communications. Currently serving as Chief Philanthropy Officer at Harc, Inc. since August 2022, she has led impactful initiatives to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Previously, Eloise held the role of Director of Development at the National Bison Association, driving substantial growth in a short period. Her career also includes key positions at Oak Hill, ACLU of Connecticut, Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art, and more. Eloise is dedicated to fostering community support and enhancing organizational growth through strategic philanthropy and innovative development practices.

Eloise has a strong background in volunteering. She served as Board President and Development Committee Chair at Vantage Group, Inc and as a Board Member at the American Heart Association Connecticut affiliate. Eloise earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Simmons University in Boston. She also pursued Art History at Richmond College in Florence, Italy.

In her personal time, Eloise enjoys cooking, reading, and going for walks.
