Elise Arseneau
Senior Director of Residential and Quality Assurance (Q/A)
Elise Arseneau joined Harc, Inc. in February 2024 as Senior Director of Residential Services and Community Programs.
With 25 years of experience in residential care, Elise’s journey began in 2001 as a direct care staff in a group home for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Her career evolved through roles including a 1:1 job coach, residential manager, and program coordinator. She has overseen various residential programs, managed several group homes, and played a key role in implementing Therap, an electronic documentation system.
Elise earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and an MBA specializing in Nonprofits from Springfield College. Elise is deeply committed to Harc’s mission of providing lifelong support, inclusion, and dignity. She is driven by her desire to be a positive role model for her son and to contribute to meaningful, positive changes in the field.
Outside of work, Elise enjoys playing the flute and piano, reading, cooking, and spending time with her son. She takes pride in raising her son with values of empathy and compassion, reflecting in his interactions with others.
